Post: listeria and pregnancy diet?

I am 6 mos pregnant and have heard about the listeria
bacteria - I'm worried about my diet. Someone told me
listeria is in processed meats and cheeses, and pregnant
women shoudl avoid lunch meats. I love grilled ham and
cheese sandwiches - are these ok to eat? Does the grilled
cheese cooking kill the listeria bacteria?
