Post: Pregnant - need help quitting smoking

Hello! I just found this website, and have a question. I
just discovered I'm pregnant (five weeks) and I smoke
about 1/2 pack of cigarettes a day. So that brings up a
few questions:

1) what are some tips to help me quit cigarettes cold
turkey?

2) if I use nicotene patches or nicotene gum, will that
hurt the baby?

3) is Zyban ok for pregnancy? Is zyban effective to help
you quit?

3) if I smoked for the first month or two of the
pregnancy, will that affect my baby?
