Breastfeeding is widely regarded as BEST for the baby for
health and psychological/emotional development. It's natural
to be nervous about breastfeeding, but mothers have been
doing it successfully with little formal assistance since
the beginning of time.

There are lots of books and classes that can help you with
these very common concerns that you have. Ask your doctor
for a list of classes in your area.
